Inventory VA

The Inventory VA will be responsible for maintaining accurate product data across Shopify and Retail Edge, ensuring inventory is updated in real-time, and coordinating with vendors to streamline purchasing and stock management.
???? Key Responsibilities:
? Manage inventory records in Shopify & Retail Edge to ensure real-time accuracy.
? Upload and update SKU, UPC, product descriptions, and images.
? Communicate with vendors to obtain correct UPCs and SKUs for new products.
? Track inbound shipments, ensuring inventory levels are adjusted correctly.
? Assist with prebooking orders, ensuring all product details are imported before stock arrives.
? Audit inventory discrepancies and flag inconsistencies for resolution.
? Generate stock reports to provide insights into best-selling and slow-moving products.
