TITLE:
Video Editor to Train Into AI Content Creator (Full Time)

DESCRIPTION:
We are a social media content company that creates short-form video content for health and wellness brands. We use AI tools to generate images, voiceovers, talking head videos, and motion clips, then edit everything together into finished short-form videos.

We are looking for editors who want to be trained up into full AI content creators. If you can edit and you learn fast, we will teach you the rest.

This is a long-term position, not a one-time project.

What you will be doing:
- Editing short-form videos into polished finished content (CapCut or your preferred editing software)
- Using AI tools to generate realistic images of characters (Nano Banana Pro)
- Generating natural sounding voiceovers (ElevenLabs)
- Creating talking head videos (HeyGen)
- Generating motion video clips (Google Veo)
- Using Claude AI to write prompts and improve your work quality

You do not need prior experience with these specific AI tools. We have a full step by step onboarding program that trains you on everything. But you do need to be someone who learns fast and pays close attention to detail.

What we are looking for:
- Reliable and consistent. You show up every day and communicate if something comes up. This is the number one thing we care about.
- Detail-oriented. The difference between a good video and a bad one comes down to small details.
- Coachable. You take feedback seriously and apply it to your next video.
- Has their own laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
- Has their own video editing software (CapCut works great).
- Can follow instructions carefully without needing to be told the same thing twice.

Schedule:
Monday through Saturday. Daily check-in at 9:00 AM PHT. All work for the day must be completed and submitted by 9:00 PM PHT.

Pay:
$3 per completed video. The more you produce, the more you make.

The first week is a trial and onboarding period. You will go through our program that trains you on every tool step by step and gets you up to speed. We move through it quickly so you are producing at a high level fast, so we are looking for people who can put focused time in during that first week. Once you are through it and producing quality work, you are fully on the team.
