Internal Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Internal Operations Manager to help us run smooth backend operations at Syntra. You’ll be responsible for keeping our team on track, ensuring ClickUp is always updated, tasks are properly scoped and assigned, and designers and developers are always working on the right priorities. This role is not client-facing — you’ll be behind the scenes making sure everything stays organized and efficient.
