Duties:

Design Development
- Create detailed documentation for furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
- Translate designs into tender and construction-ready documents.

Project Coordination
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Update documentation based on client and architect requirements.

Supplier & Tender Coordination
- Prepare schedules and specifications for procurement.
- Analyze supplier bids and documentation.

Industry Research
- Stay updated on materials, finishes, and trends via webinars and industry resources.

Team Collaboration
- Support project goals and share best practices with team members.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Requires an Interior Design degree or equivalent
- Values and Attitudes: prepared and organized; growth and coachability; proactive and self-lead; forward thinking; strong personality; and team player.
- Team player: able to work with colleagues and supervisors
- Able to work with time-tracking applications (ScreenshotMonitor, TimeDoctor, etc.).

Technical Requirements:
- Personal Unit (Laptop) with at least an i5-core processor, 2.5 GHz, and 8GB of RAM
- Reliable ISP (at least 25 Mbps) and a working web camera
