About You:
You are fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. You thrive in client-facing roles, are highly detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. You are proactive, empathetic, and eager to connect with clients while guiding them through the initial steps of the legal process. Legal experience, such as working in intake or case evaluation, is a plus but not required.
About the Role
As a Spanish-Speaking Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact for potential clients. Working closely with attorneys and the team, you will:
Handle Intake Calls: Serve as the initial point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone,
Conduct Client Interviews: Gather essential information through detailed intake interviews, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Evaluate Cases: Assess potential cases to determine eligibility based on EOL’s criteria for personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with attorneys and other tea
Utilize Technology: Use case management software, CRM systems, and other tools to streamline the intake process, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and the client experience.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Core Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize case management software, CRM systems, and other technology tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
A demonstrated interest in client advocacy and a commitment to upholding clients' rights.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Pennsylvania’s personal injury and workers’ compensation laws.
Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment, particularly in client-facing or intake roles.
Experience with Salesforce, Litify, or other case management platforms is a plus.
