We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Insurance Operations Specialist to support our agency's servicing, policy management, quoting support, and operational excellence.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who understands insurance operations, takes ownership of their work, and can help protect both our clients and our agency.

Your Mission

Your primary responsibility is to help keep policies active, prevent cancellations, maintain accurate records, support the sales team, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
Policy Servicing & Monitoring
Review policy status daily
Monitor cancellations, lapses, and payment issues
Track underwriting requirements
Follow up with insurance carriers
Assist with reinstatements
Process policy service requests
Verify effective dates and renewal dates
Monitor policy changes and endorsements
Client Communication
Contact clients regarding outstanding requirements
Request missing documents
Send professional emails and text messages
Follow up on underwriting conditions
Help prevent policy cancellations and lapses
Maintain excellent documentation standards
Sales Team Support
Create follow-up tasks for agents
Escalate urgent issues
Coordinate communication between carriers, agents, and clients
Support quoting and policy servicing workflows
Quoting Support

Assist with:

Health Insurance
Auto Insurance
Homeowners Insurance
Life Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Disability Insurance

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday

9:00 AM Eastern Time (USA) to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)

Includes one (1) hour unpaid lunch break.

You must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours.

Compensation
$450–$600 USD Per Month
