JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Storm Restoration Collection and Insurance Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in storm restoration and insurance claims, and will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on claims and collect outstanding payments. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance companies to follow up on claims
- Collect outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in storm restoration and insurance claims
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using CRM software

The pay will have a total of $20 - $220 per client on base salary plus commission

or $40 - $440 if commission only.

It should take 1 month to month half start to finish ideally.

There are clog ups so that is why I need a go getter that can make sure this pipeline in unclogged at all times.

We currently have 51 clients at the stages of interest.

Which means $4590-$22440 that can be taken from them if it was you doing it from the start by doing the following tasks:

I need you to be sharp in the phone and do great follow ups. The pay per task is next to the task title. You are the one that brings the client up to contract signature along with the sales rep. You are the sales rep assistance that gets the work done and does all the calling and following up.

We are working with insurances so is very important to be persistent and escalate as needed.
