JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Channel & Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a key growth role, responsible for building and managing strong channel partnerships, identifying and driving new business opportunities, and executing proactive lead generation — including cold calling — to expand our reach across the IT and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
• Channel Development & Management
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel/reseller partners.
• Nurture relationships with existing partners to increase engagement and sales performance.
• Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and joint opportunities.
• Business Development & Lead Generation
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Conduct outbound cold calling to generate qualified leads and set up discovery meetings.
• Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.
• Sales Execution
• Support partners and end-users through the sales cycle — from initial contact to close.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on messaging and value proposition.
• Track all activity in the CRM and maintain accurate records of pipeline and forecast.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on market demand and partner requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in IT channel sales, business development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and new business acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem, especially within VARs, MSPs, and distributors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to business.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with digital outreach tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced, results-focused team.
