Influencer Outreach

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to play a vital role in connecting our brand with influencers and scheduling impactful meetings. If you excel in communication and research and are passionate about influencer marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed research to identify influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
-Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to engage influencers.
-Effectively pitch our products and explain the benefits of collaboration.
-Secure a minimum of 4 influencer meetings daily.
-Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring alignment with the influencer's and team’s availability.
-Maintain a well-organized database of contacted influencers and follow-up actions.
-Report daily progress and results to the team.

Requirements:
-Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
-A persuasive and confident approach to outreach and negotiation.
-Strong research skills to identify suitable influencers efficiently.
-Ability to meet targets and work independently in a remote setting.
-Previous experience in influencer outreach, sales, or marketing is a plus.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and scheduling apps.
