Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Assistance: Proficiently use collaboration and online tools to execute strategies and achieve goals efficiently. Notion and Instagram are the primary tools for this role, with Instagram used for lead generation and Notion as CRM.
- Sales Savvy: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through influencer marketing campaigns and strategies. Facilitate sales meetings to report key progress and propose and drive new strategies.
- Strategic and Effective Communicator: Craft compelling messages and strategies to engage with influencers and our target audience effectively.
- Lead Generation: Consistently secure at least 5 individuals each week to attend wellness evaluation calls through persuasive communication and relationship building.
- Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine interest in promoting health and fitness within our marketing initiatives.

What We Expect
- Time Commitment: Minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Compensation: 6 AUD per hour.
- Working Hours: Ideally daytime Sydney time.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Cultural Understanding: Familiarity with Australian culture is highly preferred.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience is a plus.
