Position Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our creative team and content creators, ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish. You’ll turn creative scripts into clear briefs, manage relationships and negotiations with content creators, and organize all project assets. Your role is essential in maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring the Creative Strategist’s vision is executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creator Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content creators, communicating project requirements and managing expectations and Third-Party Deadlines.

Creative Brief Development:
- Translate creative scripts and ideas into comprehensive briefs for content creators, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

Negotiation:
- Handle negotiations with content creators on pricing and deliverables, ensuring projects stay within or below budget.

Asset Management:
- Organise and manage raw files and assets provided by content creators, ensuring everything is properly labeled and accessible for the team.

Workflow Coordination:
- Oversee the creative workflow, ensuring projects are well-organized and deadlines are met.

Project Tracking:
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the creative team, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks.

Quality Control:
- Review and ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and project specifications before final approval.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist and other team members to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in negotiating and managing external relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Familiarity with creative workflows and asset management.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with content creators or freelancers.
