JOB OVERVIEW

We are an outbound agency specializing in lead generation through high-volume cold email campaigns. We also run consulting services for a variety of clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality results for our partners, and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for an A-Player who can help us manage our inbound replies from cold email campaigns, handle LinkedIn outreach, and support additional administrative tasks. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love creating opportunities through engaging outreach, read on!

? Responsibilities:


1) Inbox Management

Monitor and respond to incoming positive replies from cold email campaigns promptly and professionally.

Triage messages, categorize leads, and escalate inquiries when necessary.

Maintain a high level of organization and ensure zero leads fall through the cracks.

2) Outbound Engagement

Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential leads, following provided scripts and best practices.

Collaborate with our team to ensure messaging is consistent and brand-aligned.

Assist in developing creative strategies to engage prospects and nurture leads.

3) CRM & Admin Tasks

Use your previous CRM experience to keep detailed notes, track leads, and manage follow-ups.

Support consulting projects by gathering required information, assisting in documentation, and coordinating communications as needed.

Handle additional administrative and data-entry tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

? Collaboration & Reporting

Communicate effectively with our internal teams to relay feedback from leads, track conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights.

Participate in regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, brainstorm sessions, and strategy discussions.

? Qualifications & Skills

Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to craft clear, professional responses.

Full-Time Availability, operating primarily in EST hours.

Experience in Outbound Inbox Management (cold email, lead-gen campaigns, or similar).

CRM Proficiency (familiarity with common platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Strong Communication & Quick Thinking; able to adapt responses to varying types of inquiries.

Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Bonus: Experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
