We are seeking a Customer Service & Inbound Sales Specialist trainee to join our dynamic National Executive Service Team (NEST).This career path will start with data entry duties for a minimum of 30 days. Expert training will be provided to help you advance first to Customer Service representative & then to Inbound-Sales Specialist. Advancement will come with pay increase as well as commission opportunities. As a Customer Service representative and Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the United States of America.
Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, selling our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will interact with customers via phone call, online chat, video chat, and email, providing prompt and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with US customers, aiding and resolving their queries promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient customer support operations.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficient in using chat and email as communication channels.
• Flexible availability (work during night hours and/or weekends). For most-compensation a "graveyard" night shift will be required.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree is preferred.
• Must pass background check.

Benefits:
• Competitive compensation. Training rate start from 20000PHP/month + bonus. After 90 days evaluation, top performers may earn as much as 100,000PHP/month + bonus.
• Remote, work-from-home opportunity, but will be required to transition into in-office in 2025.
