In house Trainer

You’ll be designing and delivering interactive training sessions that empower adult learners to take ownership of their professional growth. This is about creating a learning experience that’s practical, relevant, and fun.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Can create and facilitate engaging, hands-on training
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in adult or corporate training, teaching, or coaching.
- Expertise in the subject matter (industry-related or specific skill areas).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Program design and delivery skills.
- Technical skills for using training tools, software, and LMS systems.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Certifications and educational background in relevant fields (optional but beneficial).
