Import Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Import Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our growing import business with major U.S. retailers, including Amazon and national chain stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare commercial invoices and other international trade documents
Input shipment and order data into internal systems with high accuracy
Book and manage international shipments with freight forwarders
Coordinate and track import shipments end-to-end
Maintain organized and compliant shipping documentation
Communicate with overseas suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Direct Import (DI) processes is a strong plus
Familiarity with U.S. retail chain import requirements
Strong computer proficiency (Excel, shipment platforms, document systems)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous experience in import operations, logistics, or international trade preferred
