**Who You Are**

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership
Experience handling e-commerce accounts
Has taken a leadership or management role previously
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends
Experience working with clients in a remote or virtual environment
Experience with e-commerce clients and applications (like Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, Shopify, etc.)
Outgoing and confident - you should be comfortable communicating with others and should not be hesitant to speak up or ask questions when needed
Confident in verbal communication with clients themselves
Honesty and transparency in all facets of work

**What You’ll Do**

Handle customer service tickets for top-notch service with a customer-focused mindset
Handle 2-3 clients simultaneously (2 on a run-rate basis)
Data reporting
Account Management and Proactive Client Communication

**Expectations**

- Rate starts at $5 to $6 per hour depending on skills and experience
- Timezone: Eastern or Pacific
- Full-Time Role, open to part-time depending on business needs

**Technical Requirements**

High-speed Internet (At least 20 Mbps or Fiber Connection)
Noise Canceling Headset
Fast working computer
Power and internet backup
