What You’ll Do:

This is a dual role where you’ll lead a team while also jumping in to handle customer inquiries—because you lead by example. You might start with a small team or even solo, but as new accounts grow, so will your role!

As a Team Lead:

-Guide and mentor your team, ensuring top performance.
-Track KPIs, provide feedback, and keep clients happy.
-Lead training sessions and keep workflows running smoothly.

As a Customer Service Agent:

-Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
-Use your e-commerce expertise to resolve customer issues.
-Keep communication clear between clients, teams, and management.

What You Need:

-Fast internet (20+ Mbps), noise-canceling headset, and reliable computer
-Power & internet backup (because we like to stay ahead of the game!)
-A go-getter attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service
