We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Human Resource to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will handle applicant sourcing, screening, and coordination while maintaining seamless communication with clients and candidates.
Must-Have:
-Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in using
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
-Source, screen, and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
-Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
-Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or databases.
-Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
-Ensure a smooth hiring experience for both applicants and clients.
Nice-to-Have:
-Experience using ClickUp for task and recruitment management.
-Background in HR administrative tasks.
