JOB OVERVIEW

Communications & Campaign Management:

Create and send targeted communications (emails, texts, voicemail drops) to customers and prospects.
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.


HubSpot CRM Administration:

Audit monthly Book of Business calculations for the sales team.
Ensure CRM hygiene and enforce data governance best practices.
Create, manage, and continuously optimize all HubSpot workflows and automated processes.
Upload, segment, and manage HubSpot lists to support targeted communications.
Develop and maintain HubSpot playbooks for various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Resolve any HubSpot issues reported by teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and implement enhancements to improve team efficiency.


Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting:

Build detailed reporting dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance, customer journey insights, and pipeline efficiency.
Analyze and bring insights and recommendations to management on campaign performance


Integration & Digital Tools:

Utilize Zapier and other HubSpot integrations to seamlessly connect our CRM with the rest of our technology stack.


Social Media Management

Create Facebook announcement posts.
Respond to Facebook messages, comments, and inquiries to engage our community.
Monitor and maintain Meta Ads to optimize reach and performance.


Website & Landing Page Management:

Maintain our WordPress website.
Develop and optimize landing pages in HubSpot to support marketing campaigns.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Streamline communication across departments and actively capture the customer pulse to ensure teams stay aligned and responsive to customer needs.
Monitor and optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and HubSpot CRM to continually drive innovation.

Certifications:

Social Media Savvy:

Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns, especially on Facebook, including ads and community engagement.
