Real estate management company need assistance with the recruitment, interview and hiring of new tea
- Step 1: Post job on agreed upon job board(s).
- Step 2: Review resumes and cover letters and grade them against stated job criteria
- Step 3: Contact applicants worthy of consideration after completion of Step 2;
* Provide applicants with a company application and schedule an initial phone interview via Zoom/Skype or similar method.
* Application should be completed and returned in advance of the interview.
* Collect all documents from applicant that they wish to have considered with their application (job application, cover letter, most recent resume, copies of relevant licenses and certifications as well as any work samples that they might have).
- Step 4: Conduct and record phone/video interviews
- Step 5: Evaluate applicants against stated criteria based on the combination of their resume, application and phone/Zoom/Skype interview.
- Step 6: Administer any additional tests or screening procedures necessary for the position.
Please provide the following:

2. A sample of any tools and their format that you have previously found useful in performing this or a similar task for your current or previous clients.
