We are looking for a Sales Closer who can handle high-ticket real estate deals. You must have strong negotiation skills, objection-handling experience, and a proven track record of closing sales. If you thrive in high-pressure environments and can seal the deal, this role is for you.

As a high-ticket sales professional, you will engage with serious sellers and buyers, negotiate real estate transactions, and drive revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has 20+ years of experience in real estate investments.

Responsibilities:
Close High-Value Real Estate Deals – Work directly with motivated sellers and secure contracts for premium properties.
Advanced Negotiation & Sales Tactics – Use proven strategies to overcome objections and guide sellers toward an agreement.
Objection Handling & Persuasion – Convert hesitant leads into ready-to-sell clients by addressing concerns effectively.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a structured sales system.
Work Closely with Acquisition Teams – Collaborate with real estate investors & acquisitions specialists to finalize transactions.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record in High-Ticket Sales – Must have experience in real estate, finance, investments, or other high-value sales industries.
Exceptional Negotiation & Closing Skills – Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and persuade prospects.
Experience with Sales CRM Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Podio, or similar CRMs.
Competitive & Results-Driven Attitude – This is a fast-paced environment—we need someone who thrives on winning.
Fluent English Speaker with Strong Phone Presence – A confident and persuasive voice is key.
