Help creating an entire web and marketing solution

I am looking for a well-rounded and experienced individual to help me systemize a new offering for my business. The system will involve helping small business owners establish a consistent brand, web and online presence, brand messaging and positioning, and putting together and implementing content strategies for lead magnets, social posts, and overall build exposure for small businesses.

The person I am looking to help me with this will not necessarily need to be able to produce all the services I listed, but has critical thinking skills to partner with me in order to clearly test and define a process which I will look to scale in the very near future.
