Help Wanted: Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Short-Form Video Editing:
- Create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos to be visually appealing, concise, and tailored to platform-specific requirements.

- Long-Form Video Editing:
- Edit long-form video content for YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Ensure videos are coherent, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s message.

- Content Creation:
- Work with the content team to develop video concepts and scripts.
- Assist in the filming process as needed, including setup, shooting, and managing video equipment.

- Post-Production:
- Add graphics, effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all videos meet technical specifications for various platforms.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor or relevant role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Experience with color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality video production.
- Location: Preferably located in Canada.
