The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process at our healthcare company. This includes posting job openings on various job boards, vetting candidates, utilizing our talent management system, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. The Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in recruiting staff across different departments, including patient support coordinators, providers (including nurse practitioners and physician assistants), and marketing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
-Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
-Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
-Screen and vet candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for Shapely.
-Utilize our talent management system to track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
-Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
-Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar role, ideally with US-based experience recruiting providers such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants)
-Familiarity with talent management systems and HR software.
-Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Experience in recruiting for healthcare roles is essential.
