Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of People to lead our Human Resources function and play a key role in driving organizational growth. This role will oversee all people-related initiatives across Smart Bridge Consulting, Queen Warriors, and Smart Bridge Investments. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering a culture of inclusivity, performance, and innovation, while implementing HR best practices that align with our company’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
People Strategy and Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s goals and values.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR and people-related matters.
Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to align with organizational growth objectives.
Culture and Employee Engagement
Champion initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Talent Development and Performance Management
Oversee talent management programs, including onboarding, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
Implement robust performance management systems to drive accountability and growth.
Identify opportunities for professional development and create career pathways for employees.
Operational Excellence
Develop and oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the success of HR initiatives.
Change Management
Support organizational change initiatives by providing strategic guidance and communication plans.
Act as a culture ambassador during mergers, expansions, or new business ventures.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in human resources, including leadership roles. Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or investment industries is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SPHR) is preferred.
Leadership: Proven track record of developing and executing people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
