Head of Marketing - Senior Marketing Manager - Rockstars ONLY

Experience Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategies and executing them (all main funnel stages)
- Developing advertising strategies and executing them (Website, Landing pages, SEO, Paid Ads, Email, Socials, and more)
- Managing the marketing department's staff, including SEO (able to manage team and execute strong white-hat SEO - developer, content writer, backlink outreach)
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to GM/Founders
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
- Creating and refining messaging aligned with brand identity, company goals, and targets
- Website upkeep
- Managing the company’s marketing budget, continuous improvement of ROI
- Driving word-of-mouth referrals programs & initiatives
- Implementing and analyzing A/B tests to refine campaign strategies and improve performance while maintaining a ledger of - changes and results
- Conversion rate optimization

- More qualified and consistent leads than the Sales Department can handle
- Company services are well-known
- Consistency of execution
- Accurate data
- Wildfire of great word-of-mouth


Success Metrics (KPIs):
- # of qualified leads against target
- ROI on marketing department’s budget
- # Sales against target
- growing AOV (average order value)
- Marketing Objectives Achieved

- Wordpress
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, use of UTMs
- Advantage but not required: Hubspot (Marketing Professional), Hyros, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads
