We are seeking a visionary, hands-on analytics leader to build and lead a high-impact Data Analytics department. This leader will define the strategy, architecture, and execution plan to enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with business goals.
-Design and implement scalable data infrastructure and analytics processes.
-Lead a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
-Build advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive models to drive insights.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
-Ensure data governance, accuracy, and security across the organization.
-Automate and optimize data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Core Technical Skills (Required):
???? Advanced Excel:
-Data cleaning, pivot tables, advanced formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays), Power Query.
???? SQL (Intermediate to Advanced):
-Performance-optimized queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, CTEs.
???? BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau - Advanced):
-Building dynamic dashboards, drill-through reports, advanced DAX or LOD expressions.
???? Python for Data (Proficient):
-Pandas, NumPy, data wrangling, scripting, automation workflows.
???? Statistics & Data Analysis:
-Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, distributions, ANOVA, regression, etc.
???? API Integration & Data Engineering (Advanced):
-Consuming and managing RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication.
-Working with Postman, Swagger, automating API workflows using Python.
-Interfacing with SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Shopify).
???? Business Acumen & Leadership:
-Deep understanding of business KPIs, growth metrics, and operations.
-Ability to align data strategy with company goals.

???? Machine Learning (Intro/Applied Level) – Supervised/unsupervised learning, feature selection, overfitting.
???? Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) – Profiling datasets, identifying trends/anomalies.
???? Data Storytelling & Visualization – Designing insights for non-technical stakeholders.
???? Cloud & Big Data Familiarity – Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks.
???? Automation & AI – Automating dashboards, reports, and notifications using Python, Airflow, Zapier, Power Automate.
Leadership & Team Building:
-5+ years of experience in analytics with 2+ years leading a team.
-Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale analytics teams.
-Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
-Experience building internal documentation, playbooks, and processes.
