Hardcore Salesperson – Must Have Sales Experience

Are you a driven and experienced SALESPERSON with a passion for closing deals? We're a dynamic startup seeking a hardcore salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at generating results. If you have a proven track record in sales and are ready to bring your expertise to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and provide outstanding customer service through call and chat support
- Utilize your experience and expertise in boosting sales to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond the assigned role to achieve exceptional results
- Provide valuable feedback and opinions to improve our products/services and overall sales process
- Be open to work arounds and adjustments in work hours as we navigate the start-up phase and stabilize the business
- Maintain regular work hours from 8am to 5pm MST Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to changing needs.

What We Offer:
- Base salary of USD 480 per month PLUS commission structure based on sales performance and reaching quotas
