We need an experienced HVAC Estimator and Project Manager skilled in Manual J, D, and S, and take-off plans. You'll handle residential and commercial take-offs, create estimates and bids, and ensure clear communication with suppliers, employees, and customers.


Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed take-offs for accurate estimates and bids.
- Use Manual J, D, and S for load calculations and system design.
- Communicate with suppliers for quotes and timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with on-site staff and customers to ensure clear project timelines.
- Build precise quotes for HVAC projects.
- Schedule jobs to ensure materials are on-site before the crew arrives.
