Avalon Heating and Air (HVAC) is looking for qualified DISPATCHERS

Responsibilities:
*Candidates must have English proficiency at C1-C2 levels (spoken and written). Employees are required to have a computer, webcam and a good microphone.
-Communicating with customers via phone, email, and text messages
-Scheduling appointments
-Creating tasks in the CRM system
-Creating Estimates
-Working in portals

Work hours:
Mon-Fri, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM New York time
