HR manager

HI, our company neede an HR manager to hire , build and lead a team of VA's for an outbound callling operation.

Your job will be to hire, screen and train 9 full time phone operators and a quality control manager

You will be screening applicants on having a good level of english and being able to communicate with our prospects by phone in a neutral accent.

You will be supervising productivity, dialling volume and hiring a QA who will oversee call quality

We use insightful work tracking

You will be reporting directly to me - the owner on a daily basis and have full responcibility for your team

All of this team will work Monday to friday 9am to 5pm.
