LRT eMobility is part of LRT Automotive, a German company that has a long and successful history manufacturing components for car engines. Over the last two years, we have focused on expanding our product range to meet the demands of environmentally sustainable electric vehicles. We have released a range of electric vehicle chargers into the marketplace and offer market-leading software to support this technology.

Over the coming months, the LRT team will grow to enable us to continue to develop our role as leaders in our industry. In a world where our sales and supply chains are international, it seems natural that our team should be made up of the most talented, enthusiastic, and skilled people, wherever you are based. As a management team, we have experience working in the Philippines, and are interested in recruiting talents in the region to fulfil a role in recruitment and HR.

In this role, the HR and Recruitment Officer will support us in the search for suitable candidates and handling administrative tasks related to HR. The resource will be responsible for the recruitment process from identifying suitable platforms and sources (internationally) to pre-selecting potential candidates. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, be enthusiastic to find new approaches, and will be diligent in communicating and sharing information.
