Position Overview
You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your role will involve managing our human resources operations including payroll. Your primary area of focus will extend to the Philippines and Malaysia, potentially encompassing Singapore and other countries as well.


Key Responsibilities:

*Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
*Maintain payroll records, including wage deductions, benefits, and other adjustments.
*Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
*Ensure a positive candidate experience for new hires.
*Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries.
*Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
*Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR documents, and personnel records.
*Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
*Communicate and educate employees on available benefits programs and assist in addressing benefit-related inquiries.
*Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
*Promote employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace policies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
*Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, and assist in HR audits when necessary.
*Support Talent Acquisition as and when required.
*Stay updated on changes in employment laws and proactively implement necessary updates to HR practices and policies.
*Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
*Other related responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
*At least 2 years of experience in Payroll processing and HR operations.
*Sound knowledge of employment regulations in the Philippines. Other countries such as Malaysia and Singapore will be a plus.
*Ability to think on their feet and take prompt action.
*Experience working with fast-paced startups is a plus.

Other Details:
*Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) PH Time
*Work-from-home
