2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate with directors to schedule further interviews for top candidates.
5. Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
6. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
