Position Overview:
Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist - BPO

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various BPO roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers.
2. Employer Branding:
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand in the BPO industry.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
3. Onboarding and Orientation:
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
4. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
5. Collaboration with HR Team:
• Collaborate with other HR tea
• Provide support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry (X years).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
