If you're the person who builds the trackers, runs the HR processes, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks for a high-performance team, this role is for you.. Apply here:
About Us
We're a fast-growing AI startup with a mobile app and internal platform that helps our members manage their lifestyle across travel, dining, experiences, and more. We're a small, elite team that moves fast and holds itself to a high standard - and we're looking for someone to own the people and operational infrastructure that keeps us running cleanly as we scale.
What You'll Do
As our People Operations Manager, you'll own the internal systems, people programs, and operational processes that our team runs on. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role - not a strategy role. You'll be equally comfortable building a performance tracker, coordinating a new hire's onboarding, reconciling team expenses, and supporting the founders on a time-sensitive special project.
IMPORTANT: Please carefully read the responsibilities below to make sure you're a good fit, and follow the instructions on how to apply at the bottom.
Compensation:
* Competitive salary: $1,100 - $1,300 USD per month (depending on experience)
Benefits:
* 100% Remote - work from anywhere in the Philippines
* 15 days paid leave
* Bi-weekly salary payouts
* Paid time off and Philippine public holidays, listed here
* Supportive, high-performance startup culture where your contributions are visible
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM EST (9PM – 5AM PH time)
* Full-time only (40 hours per week)
Core Responsibilities:
* Run the performance management cadence - check-ins, reviews, and follow-ups - and maintain scorecards so founders have real-time visibility into team performance.
* Own day-to-day people operations including HR tooling, PTO tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
* Manage employee tech setup and access - provisioning and removing tools, accounts, and permissions across onboarding and offboarding.
* Coordinate legal documentation and track signatures to ensure timely completion and accurate recordkeeping.
* Run hiring operations end to end - maintaining pipelines, trackers, and documentation, and coordinating interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
* Own new hire onboarding including tool access, documentation, and first-week logistics.
* Design and maintain cultural rituals and team programmes that strengthen connection, morale, and accountability.
* Ensure team expenses are submitted, reconciled, and compliant with policy, and flag anomalies to founders.
* Support founders on high-priority special projects, research briefs, and the planning of team offsites and internal working sessions.
You're Perfect for This Role If You:
* Are borderline obsessive about order, clarity, and follow-through - you build systems that run cleanly.
* Are emotionally intelligent and believe strong culture comes from clear expectations and consistent accountability.
* Are comfortable with high volume and happy to do the unglamorous-but-essential tasks well.
* Prioritise and re-prioritise quickly in an early-stage environment where requirements shift fast.
* Have 2–6 years' experience inside a professional, high-expectation organisation.
* Communicate confidently in written and spoken English and are comfortable working directly with a US-based team.
* Nice to have: hands-on exposure to HR systems, ATS tools, or expense and finance operations.
