Hey! We’re looking for an HR Manager & Recruiter to help build and maintain an amazing team for our fast-growing dropshipping e-commerce company. This job is more than just hiring the right people, you’ll make sure everyone feels valued, motivated, and part of something great.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Recruitment & hiring: Finding and onboarding the best talent for our e-commerce team (think product listers, researchers, video editors, etc.).
- People management: Keeping the team happy, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
- Culture & team spirit: Organizing small but meaningful things like birthday surprises, work anniversaries, and team recognition
- HR admin: Handling contracts, onboarding, and making sure everyone has what they need to thrive.
The ideal candidate:
- Dropshipping experience is a MUST! You know the industry, understand the roles, and can spot talent.
- Recruitment pro: You’ve hired people before and know how to find the right fit.
- People-centric: You genuinely care about team culture and making work enjoyable.
- Organized & reliable: You keep things running smoothly without missing the details.
- Great communicator: You’re approachable and can handle team dynamics with ease.
