JOB OVERVIEW

As an HR generalist, you will manage essential human resource responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Your expertise will ensure that our HR practices are efficient and aligned with the company's goals and values. Beyond daily tasks, you'll lead initiatives that boost employee engagement and development, playing a crucial part in our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and document compliance with training programs, continuing education, and work assessments.
-Conduct recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
-Collaborate with team leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for the job openings.
-Implement and oversee new employee orientation and recognition programs.
-Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and leave.
-Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
-Manage employee disciplinary processes, disputes, and investigations.
-Facilitate training and development programs.
-Administer and execute HR programs to enhance productivity and employee morale.
-Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
-Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications And Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-High level of organization and attention to detail
-Effective time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
-Proficiency with Google Workspace

Basic Requirements
-Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
-Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
-Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages

Work Details
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
-Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
