Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to manage a Client portfolio, for HR and Payroll matters, to join our highly specialised and well experienced team for key accounts on HR inquiries and payroll management.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing allocated client accounts and overseeing people operations within our Client’s organisation, as we provide outsourced HR services to a variety of industry sectors. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong background in managing client key accounts (working within agency preferably), and a passion for HR management and payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience in an offshoring or outsourcing environment and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing internal HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our HR and payroll services.
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
-Create job descriptions and/or job briefs for clients on new or existing positions that arise within their business, and liaise with Talent Acquisition internal, with Krista Partners and any other key stakeholders in the process of hiring.
-Set up KPI’s and target metrics for new talents assigned to Clients, on assignment
-Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to develop and implement strategies to achieve their business goals.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients, addressing any HR issues or concerns promptly.
-Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including key metrics and progress toward goals to Krista -Partners Director, Kasey Casal and Clients.
-Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and providing support to employees regarding HR-related issues.
-Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
-Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
-Ensure a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field; Master's degree preferred, and top University in Philippines preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in account or client management and HR/people operations, preferably in an offshoring or outsourcing environment.
-Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
-Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as general office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Monday.com, Trello, -Connecteam, or other HRIS).
