Job Description:
We are looking for a high level CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT for a certified women & disabled-veteran owned brand Fundraiser Blankets.
This should be a resourceful, highly motivated, independent working, creative individual with experience and passion for connecting with current and future customers.
They will work closely with us daily to manage our leads and our customers through the cycle of ordering blankets.
Lots of room for growth, pay review in 3 months.
Pay: 40 hours a week, FULL TIME, Monday to Friday, working on EST USA time zone
Work Remotely: YES!
Candidate MUST have experience in:
-Experienced in Customer Service: Proven experience as a Customer Service Support, showcasing organizational and multitasking skills. Must have the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and streamline operations.
-HubSpot CRM Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including lead management, customer interactions, and reporting functionalities.
-PandaDoc Knowledge: Proficiency in PandaDoc to handle documents created, and streamline contract processes.
Ability to manage and track documents throughout their lifecycle.
-Excellent English Speaking and Written Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Capable of conducting follow-up calls to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
-Google Docs/Spreadsheets: Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheets. Experience in creating and maintaining organized documentation.
