Hi! I'm a busy entrepreneur and homeschool mom based in San Diego running multiple growing businesses. I'm looking for a talented, reliable VA who can grow with me long term.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

Content Creation
— Edit short-form reels in CapCut or similar
— Create graphics in Canva
— Write captions and hashtags for Instagram
— Help manage social media posting

Website Building,
I need about 3 websites and currently use Go Daddy
Build and maintain simple websites I'm familiar with Go Daddy, I'm also open to other platforms
Update pages, images, and copy as needed

App Development
Help develop a simple mobile app for a weight loss coaching business and Homeschool events
Experience with no-code tools (Glide, Adalo, Bubble) is a big plus

General Admin
— Organize files and folders
— Help draft emails and messages
— Research tasks as needed

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
— Strong English communication skills
— Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or similar video editor)
— Experience building websites
— Self-motivated and able to work independently
— Reliable internet connection
— Portfolio or examples of past work required
- Very organized

DETAILS:
— Starting part-time (10-20 hrs/week), potential to grow to full-time
— Rate: Open to discussion based on skills and experience
— Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
— Long-term position for the right person
