Job Description:
Grand Wood Suites, a premier boutique hotel in Nashville, Indiana, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Guest Relations and Booking Coordinator. This remote position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting local tourism.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate guest bookings for short, medium, and long-term stays.
Handle guest communications before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Promote our Nashville Visitors Center initiative, highlighting local businesses and attractions.
Collaborate with local businesses to foster a community-focused tourism ecosystem.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase guest retention and repeat visits.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English, with a preference for an American accent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
Proficient in using booking software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about hospitality and local community engagement.
Benefits:

Competitive salary of Php 6,230 per week for a 40-hour workweek.
Additional sales bonuses available.
Working hours: Normal business hours EST.
