JOB OVERVIEW

We're on the lookout for a skilled Guest Communication Specialist with a passion for customer service to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee guest interactions across various platforms, ensuring top-notch service and a seamless experience. From managing inquiries to post-stay follow-ups, your focus will be on exceeding guest expectations. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are key.

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with booking requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide pre-arrival information and local recommendations.
- Address on-stay needs and requests promptly and effectively.
- Gather post-stay feedback and address any issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of properties and amenities.
- Mediate guest complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity but not required Beds24, Click-up, Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, and RingCentral.
- Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- Reliable backup power supply and internet access.
