Guest Communication Intern

Our company is a rapidly growing Airbnb business managing 40+ properties, with plans to expand further in Liverpool. We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Communication Interns to join our team, focusing on maintaining and elevating guest satisfaction.

Job Description

This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in the Airbnb and short-term rental (STR) industry. You'll work closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience and learning:

1. The ins and outs of Airbnb operations for 45+ properties
2. Exceptional customer service techniques
3. Claims handling and problem-solving strategies
4. Team collaboration and communication
5. Tools and systems used in STR management
6. Insights into the virtual assistant (VA) industry
7. Essential skills to advance your career

Qualifications
