Ecommerce + Revenue Growth Focus

Location: Remote
Hours: Part time to full time, hours are flexible but must be available between M-F 9am to 6pm EST. Some Saturdays will be required as needed

Contract Type: Paid Trial + Short Term Contract
Potential for long-term growth based on performance

We are a woman-owned and veteran-owned wellness and beauty company offering acupuncture, massage therapy, skincare, holistic wellness services, and launching ecommerce and online product sales.

We are currently focused on:
• increasing revenue, hiring and onboarding providers and other staff members
• improving operations and accountability
• launching ecommerce and online product sales
• improving team productivity and workflow
• creating scalable systems for growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly resourceful Growth & Operations Manager to help organize operations, improve accountability, oversee workflows, and support revenue-focused growth initiatives. Base pay plus commission and/or bonus incentives are negotiable.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We need someone who understands how to improve systems, manage priorities, oversee both remote and in-person staff coordination, and help create measurable business growth with a limited budget. In addition, our team is small, therefore the ideal candidate must be interested in and available to assist with front desk, and other day to day tasks and responsibilities as needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The right candidate should be able to:
• identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions quickly
• improve accountability and follow-through across tea ---------- mbers
• support and increase revenue growth through operations, ecommerce, and lead generation efforts
• oversee workflows, priorities, and operational organization
• assist with launching ecommerce and online product initiatives (must have experience with Ecommerce start ups)
• create measurable operational and revenue improvements within the first 30 days
• independently manage projects and execution without constant oversight

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee workflows, operations, and project execution
• Manage accountability and communication across remote and in-person staff
• Organize priorities and task management using ClickUp
• Create and track KPIs, reporting systems, and operational performance
• Improve systems, workflows, SOPs, and operational organization in collaboration with the founder and other admin staff
• Implement ecommerce setup and online sales growth
• Help identify revenue opportunities and operational inefficiencies
• Assist with outreach, partnerships, and business growth initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience helping businesses increase revenue, improve efficiency, or support measurable growth
• Ability to explain measurable business or revenue results generated through your efforts
• Experience managing projects, workflows, and teams
• Strong understanding of KPIs, operational reporting, and accountability systems
• Ecommerce experience preferred
• Strong English communication and organizational skills

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

Applicants must already have experience using:
• SquareUp / Square Appointments
• ClickUp


Additional experience preferred:
• Squareup or similar ecommerce platform experience
• Microsoft Office expertise
• Zapier
• Canva
• CRM systems

CONTRACT STRUCTURE

This role begins with:
• a paid trial assignment
• followed by a short term contract focused on measurable operational and revenue improvements. Ideally we would like someone full time but are in our slow season and are in need of assistance increasing revenue quickly.
