We are looking for a commercially minded Growth & Marketing Operator to help expand our market presence, support lead generation and strengthen our founder-led brand.
This role works directly with the founder and will have a meaningful impact on company growth.

The Role
This is a hands-on execution role focused on marketing, content, lead generation and business development support.
You will help ensure that Elelem maintains a consistent market presence while supporting sales and relationship-building activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organisation and commercial thinking.

Responsibilities
Content & Thought Leadership
* Create and schedule LinkedIn content
* Turn founder ideas into engaging posts
* Create case studies and client success stories
* Assist with presentations and marketing materials
* Maintain content calendars
* Support website updates
Lead Generation & Business Development
* Research target companies and decision makers
* Build and maintain prospect lists
* Support outreach campaigns
* Manage CRM records and sales pipelines
* Track opportunities and follow-ups
* Assist with partnership development
Marketing Operations
* Coordinate
* Monitor marketing performance
* Support event and webinar promotion
* Assist with market research
* Help improve marketing processes and systems
General Business Support
* Assist with ad-hoc growth initiatives
* Support special projects as required
* Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI tools

Requirements
Essential
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Experience with content creation and social media
* Experience supporting lead generation activities
* Strong organisational skills
* Comfortable working independently
* High attention to detail
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Preferred
Experience with some of:
* LinkedIn marketing
* HubSpot
* Apollo
* Clay
* Instantly
* Canva
* Notion
* Google Workspace

After 6 months:
* Consistent LinkedIn presence established
* Regular publication of high-quality content
* CRM maintained and up to date
* Reliable flow of qualified sales conversations
* Founder spending significantly less time on marketing administration
