Job Title: Graphic Designer with Creative Direction Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Create visual content for print and digital media, including
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for various marketing and communication materials, including digital and print media.
Lead and guide the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a creative direction role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
Experience in e-commerce design and understanding of online marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
