Graphic Designer or Art Director for small-but-growing agency

We're looking for a designer who can help us to create on-brand, creative ads for our clients. Designer should be able to apply brand guidelines and have good instincts/ideas to help make each ad better. You will also give feedback and direction to our video editors to help ensure that the outgoing creative meets our standards of design. Bonus points if you enjoy coming up with ad ideas yourself that we can then create together as an agency for our clients.
