Graphic Designer VA (Internal & Client On-Demand Orders via WhatsApp)

$300–$400/month | Part-Time (20 hours/week, Flexible Schedule) | Speed & Quality Focused

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can handle both internal projects and fast-turnaround client orders via WhatsApp.

You’ll be responsible for branding, social media, and marketing visuals for our agency, as well as responding to on-demand client requests for new graphics.?

This role is perfect for someone who is efficient, creative, and can deliver high-quality designs FAST. You will primarily work through WhatsApp for client orders, receiving requests, designing, and sending back drafts quickly.

You will be part of a highly supportive team, working closely with:
Aaron (Founder & Lead Sales) – Your direct manager, handling calls & closing deals
Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Will train you on effective outreach & client funnels
Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – Ensures our messaging & positioning align with campaigns
Deeya (Admin & Operations Support) – Helps streamline workflows & CRM management
Jehan - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads
Kathleen - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads

Your Key Responsibilities
Internal Graphic Design Tasks
* Create logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website banners
* Design marketing & sales assets (brochures, lead magnets, presentation decks)
* Assist with website mockups & UI elements when needed?

Client Orders via WhatsApp
* Receive and fulfill on-demand design requests from clients
* Quickly create drafts (low-res previews) within 2–4 hours
* Send final high-quality designs within 24 hours after approval
* Follow brand guidelines & maintain quality standards?

File Management & Delivery
* Organize and store design assets in Google Drive & Canva
* Ensure clients receive both web-ready & editable files

Who We’re Looking For
? Fast & Efficient – Must be able to turn around simple requests in 2–4 hours?
? 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or freelance)?
? Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar)?
? Understands branding & layout design – Can follow guidelines with minimal revisions?
? WhatsApp & Asana/Trello-Friendly – Comfortable managing client requests in real-time?
? Portfolio Required – Must showcase past work (branding, social media, marketing materials)

Salary & Hours
