Graphic Designer (Full Time) or Graphic Artist For Ecommerce Store

We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented designer to create fun, trendy, and engaging designs for our print-on-demand products, including coffee mugs, blankets, home décor, and more. You'll also conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop compelling design concepts that align with customer preferences and industry trends. Experience in print-on-demand design and market research, along with a strong eye for balanced, visually appealing layouts, are valued.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Research: Identify market trends and analyze competitors to develop potential product concepts.
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing print-on-demand designs for the U.S. market, ranging from simple text-based layouts to intricate graphics (no drawing required).
- Collaboration: Work with our designers to refine designs based on research data and market trends, ensuring they resonate with our target customers.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process artwork files in Photoshop to meet customers' personalization requests.
- Product Listings: Create listings on marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon, optimize SEO and targeted keywords for titles and descriptions and provide high-quality images.
- Administrative Support: Assist with order data entry during peak periods and handle other assigned tasks.
- Work Hours: Philippines day-shift PH office hours. Mon to Fri.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 28 years or older.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop is mandatory.
- Design Ability: Excellent creative flair with an eye for typography, balanced layout, and design structure.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct competitor and market research, identify emerging trends, and turn insights into unique, high-converting designs.
- Attention to Detail: This role involves artwork preparation and proofreading for customer orders. DO NOT APPLY if you are not meticulous.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent, genuine written English (C2 level required).
- Work Ethic: Resourceful, takes initiative, hardworking, and willing to put in extra hours when needed

- Collaboration: Team-oriented, high EQ, able to give and receive constructive feedback to refine designs.
